The
Residence offers a private dining room featuring a magnificent
turquoise wall, a unique black wooden table with Chinese decorative
items, black dinning chairs with silver leather, a crystal mirror and a
buffet decorated with imported Chinese sculptures. The dinning room
offers breathtaking sea views and has direct access to the gardens and
the private deck.
Home Cinema
This private
home cinema room is located close to the living room and the dinning
room and features a 42 inch LCD screen with a home cinema set, a red
sofa, a comfortable black armchair and features black curtains covered
in Swarovski crystals, which once opened offer a view to the
surrounding pond.
Indoor/Outdoor Pools
The
residence offers an indoor and outdoor swimming pool separated by glass
doors and an outdoor in-pool pathway that leads to the living room and
the “Golden” master bedroom. The indoor swimming pool is 23 sq.m. in
size and reaches up to 1.40 m. in depth. The outdoor swimming pool is
37 sq.m. in size reaching up to 1.40 m in depth, overlooks the Aegean
Sea and is surrounded by mulberry tress with white berries.
Unique design
All
furniture within the Black pearl Residence come from the Italian Boffi
Collection and have been directly imported from the Italian Boffi
factory. Decorative items within the villa have been directly imported
from China.
All the decoration and architectural design has been
personally created by Mrs. Dia Capsis, the owner of the resort, assures
absolute comfort and her special personal touch and attention to detail.
Private Kitchen
The
villa offers a separate and complete kitchen area fully equipped with
all modern kitchen amenities. The kitchen furniture comes from the
Franke Group.
Private Decks
The
villa features a surrounding wooden deck located next to the living
rooms with outdoors dinning area and sun beds. The other deck of the
villa is located directly on the sea and has two levels, one with
dinning area and the other with sun beds.

Concept
Inspired by the famous Ancient Minoan Palace sites of Knossos,
Phaistos and Malia, the OUT OF THE BLUE, Capsis Elite Resort features a
brand new fairyland and historical amusement park of about 4.000 sq. m.
for children from 4 to 14 years of age and their parents.
This park constitutes a unique venue ideal for
children’s parties and activities.
This Minoan Amusement Park is the only Minoan
Mythological Park in Greece and the only theme park within a resort in
Greece, introducing children to the world of Minoan and Greek Mythology
where the Ancient World is recreated in front of their playful eyes.
It consists of a main Minoan Palace with various
facilities and a range of outdoor game areas.

The Capsis Minoan Amusement Park is located on the west section of the
peninsula and close to the Eternal Oasis bungalows, bungalow-suites and

Costumes By Yiannis Metzikof
The Capsis Minoan Amusement Park will feature two
costumes designed by Yiannis Metzikof. The male costume represents the
“Prince of the Lilies” and the female costume represents the “Minoan
Queen of Snakes”
These two tailor-made costumes will be exhibited
within safe stands for all guests to observe.
Yannis Metzikof was born in Crete, Greece in
1955. He was educated at the Athens School of Fine Art where
he studied painting under Yannis Moralis and stage design under
Vassilis Vassiliades. As a stage designer he has been working for the
Greek National Theatre and other independent theatre companies.
Crèche Facilities
Out of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort is offering crèche facilities (6
months to 4 years old).
The day nursery will be run by a team of fully qualified,
professionally trained staff with certificate in childcare.
